Local Partners

Jesus has the power to build great families in Madras and the rest of Jefferson Country. Here are the local organizations our church supports each month. If you'd like to learn more about a specific one, click on the photo to be taken to their website (if they have one).

  • Young Life

Our mission: Going where kids are and building personal relationships with them. Providing fun, adventurous, life-changing experiences. Working in community alongside like-minded adults (volunteer leaders, committee members, donors and staff). We believe every young person deserves the right to hear the good news of God's love!

  • L.I.N.C.

L.I.N.C. (Love In the Name of Christ) is a non-profit organization. Through the cooperation of the churches in Jefferson County, church volunteers, and community organizations, we help meet not only practical needs but provide long term opportunities by walking with people and offering love, support, and encouragement. We connect those in need with local resources, donate household goods, toiletries, and warm clothing. Our clients can also receive job coaching and finance management classes.

We also are a connection to the body of Christ and can help you in plugging into fellowship with a local body of Believers.

  • Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF)

Child Evangelism Fellowship is an international ministry focused on sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with children around the world. Our vision is to reach “Every Child, Every Nation, Every Day.” Child Evangelism Fellowship works around the world through thousands of local missionaries and tens of thousands of local volunteers. Our primary ministry activities include training, equipping, and supporting these faithful people.

  • The WInter Shelter

Each winter our local homeless community can enjoy a hot meal and a warm place to sleep, thanks to Faith-Based Networks and the combined efforts of many local churches. Cornerstone is assigned one month each winter to provide dinner for those at the shelter.
