Whether you are stepping out to give for the very first time or ready to set up regular, recurring giving to help anchor our shared ministry, your support makes a true difference here. We give because we believe in investing in God’s work through this church, taking care of one another, and opening our doors wider to everyone looking for a place to call home.

At Cornerstone, we view giving not as a financial obligation, but as an act of worship and family responsibility. Scripture provides a clear, rich blueprint for why we return a portion of what we have to the local church.
- It honors God as our ultimate provider: Giving acknowledges that everything we own belongs to God in the first place (Psalm 24:1). When we give our "firstfruits" to the local storehouse, we show that we trust Him above our financial circumstances (Proverbs 3:9–10).
- It builds and sustains the local church family: In the Old Testament, God established the tithe to support the ministry of the temple and the priests (Malachi 3:10). In the New Testament, the early church pooled their resources so that the ministry could thrive and no one within the family was left in need (Acts 2:44–45).
- It transforms our hearts: Jesus taught that our hearts naturally follow where we put our money (Matthew 6:21). Giving keeps our hearts free from the grip of materialism and aligns our desires with God's global mission.
- It is an expression of grace, not legalism: New Testament giving is defined by joy and freedom, not guilt. As Paul wrote to the church in Corinth, God loves a cheerful giver who decides in their heart to support the ministry (2 Corinthians 9:7). We give because He first gave so generously to us.
